Job Description
As a member of the Service team, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to guests in the restaurant and bar, contributing to a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities

welcoming and serving guests professionally
presenting the menu and providing information about food and beverages
taking and recording orders, serving food and drinks promptly and attentively
maintaining tables and cleanliness of the area
handling complaints politely and effectively
adhering to hygiene and safety standards
collaborating with the kitchen and bar

Required Qualifications

previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel
excellent command of English
strong communication skills
ability to work under pressure and teamwork
previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
